Website terms
Using this site. By using www.nickdalba.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Information only. What you read here is general information about real estate and new construction in the St. Louis area. It is not legal, tax or financial advice. We work to keep it accurate and current, but prices, availability and market conditions change, so please confirm anything important with us or the original source before you rely on it.
Working with us. Visiting this site or contacting us does not by itself make us your real estate broker. A brokerage relationship starts only when we both sign a written agreement.
Fair housing. We are committed to fair housing and equal opportunity in every transaction.
Our content. The words, photos and graphics on this site belong to Nickolas Dalba Real Estate LLC or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written OK.

Text messaging terms

1. What this program is
Nickolas Dalba Real Estate sends text messages to:
- Reply to your inquiries
- Schedule and confirm appointments and showings
- Share property and new-construction updates you asked for
- Give you updates about your real estate transaction, and send occasional marketing messages such as market updates, new listings and event invitations
2. Who receives our texts
We text only people who have opted in or who are our clients. We do not text cold prospects or purchased lists.
3. How you opt in
- Website form: Check the text-message box on the form at www.nickdalba.com/lets-talk. The box is never checked for you, and you can submit the form without checking it.
- As a client: Tell us verbally or in writing that you want to receive texts from us.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years old. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying any property or using our services.
4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies, depending on your inquiry, your appointments, and your transaction.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Nickolas Dalba Real Estate does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's normal rates apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
6. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. We also honor QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE, and any other reasonable request to stop, including by calling 314-574-8304 or emailing nick@nickdalba.com.
After you opt out, you will receive one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts from this program. To start receiving texts again, reply START or tell us.
If you are a client with an active transaction and you opt out of texts, we will keep in touch by phone or email unless you tell us otherwise.
7. How to get help

8. Delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed and may depend on your carrier, device, and coverage.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. 10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
